Consent for Services:
By booking an appointment with us, you are providing your consent to receive the services discussed during your consultation. This includes acknowledging any potential risks or side effects related to the service. Every person is required before their treatment to fill out a client intake form discussing their skin and health history.
Cancellation Policy
At La Belle Vie Esthetics, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may need the time slot.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee being charged or the requirement of prepayment for future appointments.
